Policies:

Billing:

    Service Fees are billed in advance monthly. Fees must be paid before services are performed.  Service fees are adjusted to accommodate those starting later in the month.  Should payment not be received, service will not be performed.  

Snow:

      If it is Snowing and we can not see the poo, we will not be able to pick up the poo. There will not be a service Discount as the Poo will still be there. Don't worry, we will get it on your next scheduled service day. We Will text to notify you.

 Temperatures: 

      It does get COLD here in Colorado. If the temperatures are below 30 degrees Fahrenheit, we cannot scoop. It is simply not fit for man or beast outside. No there will not be a discount as the poo will still be there, we will get it on your next scheduled service day. We will text to notify you.

  Yard Maintenance issues: 

      We will always do our best, but overgrown grass and fallen leaves prohibit an accurate search. We do not actively move leaves or dig through overgrown grass. We will text to notify you.

Yard Access:

     Gates must be in good repair and accessible.  We will not scale fences or go through homes to get into yards. Minimizes injury and Keeps your house clean. We will text you a picture of the Closed and Secure Gate as we exit your property. 

Aggressive Dogs:

    Aggressive Dogs must be kept inside while services are performed. This minimizes potential bites and injury to the technicians. Services will be canceled for the day if aggressive dogs are left outside. We will try to contact you 1st.

Yard Types:

   Rock yards and Boarders, Mulch, Low Tree Branches, Overgrown Bushes Etc. These types of materials can be poo removal prohibitive.  We will do our best. We will not be able to crawl into and through trees and bushes or, moving rocks to get the poo. 

Diarrhea and Frozen Poo:

   We will notify you if we see runny, bloody stool. Unfortunately, some poo just can not be scooped.  Frozen to the ground poo will remain in place until it becomes free from the ground.  Then there is Diarrhea.  unfortunately, Diarrhea is not something that can be scooped. 

We will do the best job you can get. 

   We will scoop the Poo, Bag the Poo and we can pop the bags in your bin, or we will cart it off with us and dispose of it properly.  Equipment and shoes are disinfected after every yard to prevent the transfer of illness and disease. We will text to notify you of any abnormalities that we discover as well as a picture of your closed gate.
